Designed and developed by the Jamaica Information Services (JIS) Computer Services Department, it forms part of the centres legacy projects to mark its 21st anniversary this year. The mission of REDTRAC is to develop and deliver training courses to meet the needs of law enforcement, and drug, border and financial control entities across the English-speaking Caribbean.
